Goods will not be accepted for return without the previous written authorisation of AMGEO Ltd trading as Eco Biotechnics. In no circumstances can goods be accepted for credits or exchange if the containers have been opened, part used, or the labels or seals broken.

Eco Biotechnics Carriage policy

For all product orders over  €50 and under 1kg no carriage fee applies to orders within the Republic of Ireland or Nothern Ireland, for all orders over €50 and under 2kg no carriage fee applies within the Republic of Ireland or Nothern Ireland , for all orders over 2kg up to 30kg no carriage charge applies within the Republic of Ireland . For all orders within the Republic of Ireland under €120 and over 30kg  Eco Biotechnics will add a carriage cost dependant on weight of order exceeding 30kg.  For  orders over 30kg Eco Biotechnics will add €20 if order value is less than €250. For all orders to Northern Ireland  over 2kg up to 30kg no charge applies. For all orders under €120 and  over 30kg Eco Biotechnics will add a carriage cost dependant on weight of order to Northern Ireland . For orders  over 30kg Eco Biotechnics will add €20 if order value is less than €250. All orders for EU desintinations outside of Ireland carriage will be advised at time of ordering.
